I am an experienced web/graphic designer and a results-focused marketing manager. Having previously worked in senior design roles I feel I am uniquely placed to communicate with designers, creatives and programmers and understand how to effectively motivate them. I enjoy balancing myself between hands-on work and the management of the team whilst working with team members to develop their skills and ensure better standards of work.

Skuuudle is a data solutions B2B SaaS company. I am currently leading the marketing team and overseeing the rebranding process. I have improved the visibility of organic search results by 280%, which now sees Skuuudle appear in the top 3 search results for targeted keywords. Other responsibilities include managing Google Ad campaigns, managing the lead flow, and optimising the marketing funnel.
At Regency, I took a lead role in completing a re-brand and tonal shift in messaging to customers. Through changes to the logo, the website and most importantly internal company processes I have helped change the company's ‘tone of voice’ to help them relate better to their clients. Performance of the website KPI's increased and client response to property development launches improved for the in-house sales team as well as external sales agents.
As Group Marketing Manager I instigated and oversaw a change in focus away from company priorities to client priorities. I have successfully managed major projects including the Company re-brand, Website design, SEO projects, Google analysis, in-house CRM system, marketing reports/plans and social media focus. Through A/B testing and optimisation, I increased the conversion rate of Assetz Property’s website by 360% since taking over the role and it is currently still at an industry high 12% conversion rate for all users. In 2016 Asset Property won ‘Website of the year ‘ at the Property Investor Awards.
My first role at Assetz was as a Web Designer. This role also included being the brand manager, as the sole responsible person for the brand, I ensured consistency across the groups' divisions. This included the groups, website, brochures, stationery and in-house brand rules.
After gaining experience with a small design agency’s I started a company myself with 5 colleagues. During this time I learnt first hand about business, marketing, management, time management and client relations.
